Dreamlab Finance is an investment company targeting start-up companies at an angel/venture capital level and those with growth finance needs. We believe that the most powerful and successful businesses are launched by individuals with a dream that they are keen to pursue. The Dreamer is empowered to step into the world of being an entrepreneur, through both funding and business support all whilst recognizing that they need to work alongside experienced individuals to assist them in turning their dream into reality. Dreamlab Finance provides funding and its sister company, Entrepreneur Dreamlab, empower the Dreamer to step into the world of being an entrepreneur by providing funding and business support respectively thereby enabling the Dreamer to turn their dream into reality.

Dreamlab Finance Ltd. Stephen is a successful and highly motivated entrepreneur who operates with a number of businesses in different capacities. He is a Founder and Director of Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services, a Global Hedge Fund Administration business, currently with over 100 employees and over $20bn in Assets under Administration. He is also a founding shareholder and President of The Development Initiative Limited, a global Mine Action company operating throughout the Middle East and Africa with over 650 operating personnel and an annualized revenue of in excess of $30m.

Director Dreamlab Finance Ltd. Stuart is an entrepreneur and investor in people. Most recently he was Chairman of Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services, a Global Hedge Fund Administration business with over 100 employees and over $20bn in Assets under Administration.
Previously he founded Tranaut Fund Administration, also a Global Hedge Fund Administration business, in 1999. After building the business for five years in three global locations the business was sold to JPMorgan and it became the cornerstone of their hedge fund servicing operations. Stuart continued as Managing Director with JPMorgan helping to grow the business in all regards for a further three years prior to joining Equinoxe.

In addition Stuart has acted as a consultant, advising on business structure, governance and procedures, and acted as an expert witness. He has invested in several start-up businesses as a founding shareholder; these business included electric vehicle technology; a golf course development; social media technology and land mine clearing.

Investment Committee

Dreamlab Finance operates with an 8 person Investment Committee who meet on a regular basis to discuss and review investment opportunities. The investment itself is managed by a member of the Entrepreneur Dreamlab team who work alongside and within the investee company as a part time member of the management team, adding value in their areas of expertise whilst having access to a deeper set of cross business service experience in the broader investment committee.
